Upper Saint Clair is a census designated place in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2010, the population of the area was 19,229, with a density of 1,962 people per square kilometer. The city has a population of approximately 19,896 as of 2020. Founded 192 years ago, the city is home to a number of prominent businesses and institutions.
