Coal Center City is located in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania. It is the highest-elevated incorporated city in the state. It is a quaint hilly community filled with bungalows, duplexes, and ornate church steeples. The surrounding landscapes are full of agricultural valleys and dense forests that were once ruined by coal operations.
