Speculator City is a thriving city populated with real estate agents who sell vacant lots and other real estate. The city's population is high, as is its crime rate, and there are more people living there than any other place in the world. In the 1830s, there was a lot of talk about it becoming a great city. In fact, Indiana had been talked about as being a rising city, and speculators bought up land there in order to make money.
