The Population & Steets in O Zone Park City, Queens, are just as interesting as any other Queens neighborhood. This community was founded in 1891 and is home to more than five thousand residents. In 2016, the population was 56,111, up by 4% from the 2010 census. Some residents have concerns with the schools, including the lack of seats in the city's universal prekindergarten program. Other concerns include the express bus lanes on Cross Bay Boulevard, which smooth commutes for many residents, but eat up parking spaces near businesses. The first wave of immigrants to Ozone Park City were Germans, Poles, and Italians. Later waves of immigrants included Italians, Hispanics, and South Asians. Currently, the neighborhood has the largest ethnic diversity in the city. Its Hispanic population is concentrated in the northern part of the community, near the Woodhaven border, and the African-American minority is spread out throughout the neighborhood.

Ozone Park City is comprised of five distinct neighborhoods. The small Tudor Village neighborhood is located in the west. It has around 250 houses, spread out across two avenues and five residential streets. The majority of its residents are Italian Americans and families. The community was incorporated in the late 1800s. The neighborhood is noted for its suburban tree-lined streets and its Tudor Mall in its center. There are also many other ethnic eateries in the area.
