London launched the National Park City in 2019 as a macro-park for London's green infrastructure. The goal is to make London greener for people to enjoy. The Silver King Mine opened in 1880, and its owners, Thomas Kearns and David Keith, established one of the world's largest silver mines. With the wealth and crowds of miners, Park City flourished.
