Yellowtail, Montana Statistic: Population, Charts, Map, Steets and More

Considering the number of thefts per capita in the United States, Yellowtail City seems to have a low crime rate. While crime rates are higher in areas close to parks and recreational facilities, it is not the case in Yellowtail. Crime rates tend to be lower in southwest areas of the city, and higher in central neighborhoods. Here's why. The area south of Yellowtail is a safer place for thieves than the north.

Yellowknife is the capital of the Northwest Territories and is the largest city in the territory. It is located on the north shore of Great Slave Lake, about four miles from the outlet of the Yellowknife River. This northern city is well-connected by highways around the frozen lake in winter. Yellowknife has an approximate population of 42,000. It has a high rate of unemployment, with nearly half of all residents working outside of the community.

Scientists have worked closely with local groundfishermen to study the population of Yellowtail. They have teamed up with the city's groundfishing community to monitor yellowtail population and diversity. They're testing their hypothesis that the city's population is more diverse than previously thought. A map of Yellowtail's diversity can be found on the city's diversity page. Greener areas indicate more diversity than red-colored areas.
